Muscle spasms will vanish in minutes and not return in 24 hrs. After the first 2, one a day is usually enough. Health-Science-Spirit - Magnesium Chloride is a good read about Magnesium.
When I have a bath I put in 3/4 of a cup of Magnesium Chloride into the hot water. Easily absorbed into the body through the skin this way.
Also Magnesium Oil rather than buy it, make it. 1/2 Mag Cloride and 1/2 Distilled water or good water = mag oil
Health-Science-Spirit - Magnesium Chloride is where I buy from. This site will give you an idea of the cost etc.
