Hello,

I have a question with regards to my expired MMS and HCL by about 3 years, would you say it is still safe to use like with DMSO, where expiration doesn't matter as much?

I am sure they are safe to use, but have they degraded in those 3 years? My personal experience with MMS is that it loses some potency after 18 months. 

Try making a 3 drop MMS1 dose and see if the color is amber after 30 seconds of activation.

Yes, if you use 3 drops. A one drop dose may not show amber color. Also, the drops should be gathered together and not be spread out.

I had some expired MMS and it's potency was inferior. For example, I had to use 5-6 drops to get the same effect as 1 drop of the fresh batch (for hayfever).
