Could I use this to make mms and cds..  it says it is lab grade.  is it ok to use lab grade HCL?  thanks

Yes, that HCL should be fine to make MMS1, CDS and CDH. 

This is from a question someone asked on Amazon: 

"This solution is 93.72% water and 6.28% Hydrochloric acid."

If this 2N HCL is 6.28%, then you should dilute it down to 4%.
