It sounds like antibiotics destroyed your beneficial gut bacteria. You need to rebuild them, probably using probiotics.

if that is the case then yes. However I could also have SIBO and probiotics aren't recommended. I have no clue what it is

Here's what I would do for Long Covid:

I'm Scott McRae, creator of "The Antidote" & CDH with CLO2's help (Charlotte Lackney)

- I did a CDH injection / Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) injection / IV push of 10ml of dilute 50ppm CDH / CLO2 into my blood 3 times in 11 hours & did before & after blood tests that showed that it did NO HARM to my blood, liver or kidneys. This suggests the possibility that CDH / CLO2 is a potential LIFESAVING MRSA cure, VRE cure, CRE cure, AMR cure, Ebola cure, HIV cure, Cancer cure, etc., since it appears to be safe intravenously at 50ppm.

- Every ml of CDH contains 1 drop of MMS, so 1 drop of MMS = 1ml of CDH

Considering this: the cause of long covid by research of Dr. Patterson - systemic vascular inflammation triggered by persistent viral fragments in immune cells - monocytes/macrophages that carry the S1 protein of the SarsCov2 spike protein ("covid protein"), causing the ongoing inflammatory event 

would that still work?

I think that what is causing long covid are all those viral fragments floating around in the system and they're made up of proteins and CLO2 is really good at breaking down viral proteins. That's its primary mode of viral deactivation based on the studies I've read. Also the immune cells which may be damaged and need to die and be replaced by new fresh cells will be less able to withstand breakdown by CLO2 so it will also hasten their death which in this case is needed. I think that's called cellular apoptosis or something similar.

I see. so what dosage would you recommend for removing long covid completely?

Personally, as I said before I would probably just continue with the drops in all my water for as long as it takes. But if I wanted to speed up the process of elimination of the viral particals, I would do protocol 1000 for as long as it takes.
