What I mean is that since different droppers will produce different drop sizes, I look for a dropper that will produce 20 drops per ml. At one time I had a dropper that produced HUGE drops and so it only took 13 drops from that dropper to make 1 ml (instead of 20 - which is kind of the standard) Jim Humble used to say it took 24 drops to make a ml but has since changed that to a slightly bigger drop size, it's 20 now.
