Douche- yes it’s also rubber that I found and using. 10A 10B and 500ml slightly warm water is that I use. No DMSO here.

Patch - 5A 5B then 10 drops of water and 10 drops of DMSO.
I tried 8 drops of water with 12 drops of dmso and my skin got burned. I still have the mark in my lower abdomen. I don’t know how the black mark can go away.

This is my 2nd month.

During menstruation, noticed huge clots. Not Sure why and instead of 3 days (1.5 day with super strong period, my menstruation is 5 days (1.5 days super strong period).

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I think the DMSO in the patch is what burned my skin also. I still have a scar and waiting for it to heal. Have you tried adding DMSO to the douche or not because of the rubber &/or possible burning?

Its strange that your period has lengthened with the mms. Do you think it’s helpful?

I heard you cannot put dmso in douche. I’m having my period now. Cd1. Clots are a lot smaller but will see next days.
