Use only citric acid?

You can purify muriatic acid using the same idea as when making CDS. Use a two compartment container (such as a glass bento box) and put muriatic acid in one compartment and distilled water in the other. It will probably take many days for HCL fumes to saturate the distilled water. To determine the concentration of the purified HCL, you will have to measure its weight with a digital scale.

Before ingestion, original CDH is 3500ppm which is useful for topical use. When CDH is ingested, some of the CLO2 will be used up on the way to the stomach. 

One always begins with low doses and slowly increases. Your body will tell you when you have ingested too much CLO2 by providing you will a Herxheimer reaction signal. 

Follow the HRP and the Three Golden Rules and you will be fine. 

If using original CDH, and following MMS1 protocols, use 1 milliliter of CDH for each MMS1 drop, because each milliliter of CDH is made from one drop of MMS.
