Gentle rash/infection

Hi there. Recently I developed a rash on the head of my penis and under the foreskin which is also swelled up. Can someone suggest how to apply mms topically in this case. Thanks

The reason for my statement is that I am a man. I am not a woke man just a normal man. Since I am a man I look at the mind of a man. Asking how to apply anything to the head of my penis, to me is absurd. To me he is mocking us. Asking about # of drops is one thing, but how to put it on the head of his penis? If I offended anyone on this site, I'm sorry you are offended so easily.
