Hello everyone!
I'm currently trying to take 5ml of CDS a day. This is about 100 drops spread over the day, 20 at a time in a large glass of water.
I'm experiencing a very uncomfortable dry/scratchy throat which comes after about an hour of drinking it, I admit, has made me stop drinking it!
I read that Andreas talks about taking 10ml with 1 litre of water spread over the day. I can't imagine this when I can't handle 5ml in 1-2 litres of water over the day...
Is there a way to minimise this uncomfortable feeling?
Thank you!

Are you using 3000 ppm CDS or 24,000 ppm CDS? Quite a few people buy the non-standard 24K CDS. Since you are talking about dosing CDS with drops, I suspect you have 24K CDS. CDS is normally dosed with milliliters of solution into a glass of water.
Jim Humble mentions in his latest book that what you are experiencing may be due to a fungus problem. Try following his protocol and see if that helps.
