I hope someone can help me.
I had a gastroscopy about 4 years ago and on the day I was told I could have toast before 6am which I did. Anyway by the time I had my gastroscopy at 4pm the toast was still sitting in my stomach, 10 hours later, so would of been there longer than 10 hours.
I had tests done and its was confirm that I Delayed Gadtric Emptying.
Anyway about 2 years ago I began taking MMS, first the starting procedure then protocol 1000 for 3 months because I have an inflammed stomach because of the delayed gastic emptying. But I had never gotten past 1 drop of MMS as I always had bad diahrea.
I would take my first dose at 6am and last dose at 1pm, so I could not eat until 2 oclock in the afternoon because of the delayed gastric emptying. And my weight dropped to 44kg and im 62yrs old.
I have just started MMS again and i am up to protocol 1000 but im finding it very hard because around the 4th dose I get very week and lethargic. I had the same problem 2 years ago. So I end up eating because its a horrible feeling.
I know it would be very beneficial for my stomach to take the mms on an empty stomach but I dont like the way it makes me feel. And i dont want to drop to 44 kg again.
Does anyone have any ideas of what else I can do.
I would very much appreciate some advise.
Trish

I had an operation to fix hiatus hernia which doctors are saying damamaged the vegus nerve so the muscles in  my esophagus and stomach do not work. So they recon thats why I have delayed gastric emptying.

Trish, if you don't have much or any stomach acid, you may not want to ingest MMS1 because it contains a lot of unactivated MMS (22.4% sodium chlorite solution). You could try taking CDS instead. It is 100% chlorine dioxide gas in water. Follow  Protocol 101

1/ You probably do take HCL supplements for aiding digestion?
I for one take 1 digestive enzymes just before a meal to help break down food.
2/ If you are low or have little stomach acid this is a way to check at home.
.Link, -  Take the Hydrochloric Acid Deficiency Test and see if you produce enough HCL (easy-immune-health.com)

Hmmmm...Cant get the colour back to black, or rid of the underline,  So anyhow 3/

3/ I dont know how bad the damage to the vegus nerve. you have but this maybe another way to help that. It gives a good insight to nerve

Nerves (herballegacy.com)

Hope this helps.

Thank you very for your advice.
Yes I do take a digestive enzyme when I remember.  I need to put them where I can see them so I remember.
I do get reflux. I have silent reflux. Some nights I get reflux right up to my throat at night and it wakes me up. My stomach is never empty so thats probably why.
I will definitely read Nerves.
Thank you
