honestly I don't have a specific technique I take about two drops of activated mms and put it in a cup of water .

I have a syringe I draw up the water . boom up the butt.

in ten minutes I want to go to the toilet. I don't feel great immediately after the enema .. but once my tummy discomfort subsides, I notice it does wonders for my hard ons . almost like some inflammation around the prostrate is going down.

I thought it helped at first, Been taking CDS, usually 5-6 hrs/day for 3 weeks + got the D-Mannose w/ cranberry extract capsules approx 2 weeks ago. I've increased potency on both but still have UTI

On CDS, still not working. Up to 10mil doses + strengthened same to make CDS.
Is there a test or some way to determine if it is mold or fungus?
Note, I've not tried the clay yet. Been overwhelmed with other ailments.

Research tells me a urine mycotoxin test is required.
Don't know if it determines if I have mold or fungus. Is there a treatment difference?
Maybe GANDHAK RASAYAN = Ayurvedic herb will help.

Rx FLUCONAZOLE (ugh)
The most common side effects reported in patients receiving a single 150 mg dose of this drug for vaginitis were headache, nausea, and abdominal pain. Most side effects were of mild to moderate severity.
