You seem to have a bottle of MMS and a bottle of citric acid, probably 50%.

You can make MMS1 when those are mixed together, drop for drop.

If you have not ingested MMS1 ever or recently, follow the Starting Procedure before following Protocol 1000, etc. If you start with 1 drop doses, you could overdose and make yourself sicker than you are.

You should read Jim Humble's latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, to learn how to use MMS.

CLO2 Offline Administrator Posts: 5561 Thank you received: 4393	No, do not start with 1 drop MMS1 hourly doses. Click on the link I gave for the Starting Procedure and follow that for 4 days. Then you will begin taking 1 drop MMS1 hourly doses on day 5.
