Check out the book Earthing by Clinton Ober, Stephen T. Sinatra, MD and Martian Zucker (about grounding). For WIFI , keep the phone 5 to 10 feet away when not using. 5G will penetrate 1mm into the skin, so think about all the small insects. Going without WIFI is the best option, all cable. It kind of sucks!

press the WLAN button on the modem and see if the WLAN light is off.
So you turn off WI-FI
