Hello everyone,

I have the 0.3% CDL, which I believe is the same as 3000 ppm CDS.

Is this safe to use as a mouthwash? As I am concerned about the acidity and the tooth enamel (although I understand MMS1 is the very acidic version).

Does anyone have experience using CDL/CDS as a mouthwash to heal bleeding gums/gum disease?

I thought it may have been a vitamin c deficiency and have been juicing two lemons per day, but I know vitamin c shouldn’t be consumed at the same time, so should I cut that out completely?

Thanks! :)

What is CDL? I have never seen that acronym.

You are correct that MMS1 is the most acidic SCS (sodium chlorite solution) to use for teeth brushing or as a mouthwash.

mmsinfo.org/infosheets/MMS1_Teeth_Brushing_Procedure_pH_Testing_Results.pdf

CDS is the least acidic of the three SCSs; MMS1, CDH and CDS.

Tooth enamel softening can happen with acidic solutions in your mouth, but brushing teeth is what can remove enamel and you won't be doing that when applying CDS to your gums.

You can soak your gums in diluted CDS (and possibly DMSO) and then spit it out. If you are then concerned about an acidic mouth, swish some baking soda and water solution around your mouth and spit it out, too.

CLO2 won't remain in your mouth or blood very long, so you should use CDS mouthwash a few times a day.

Lemon juice could be consumed an hour after using CDS mouthwash.

Thank you for the detailed reply. I'm on your Telegram group (I think it's yours), so I also wanted to say thank you for all the info on that as well (there doesn't seem to be an option to reply on the Telegram group itself).

CDL is the acronym used on the German version of Amazon for the CDS solution.

One thing that concerns me is that when I do the mouth rinse with the CDL/CDS solution in water (about 5 ML in 1 L of water), a strange feeling in my mouth occurs. Not pain, but a kind of sensitivity...it's difficult to describe.

On another note, In terms of actually drinking the CDL/CDS solution in water - would it be acceptable to consume the lemon juice in the morning or lunch time, then drink the CDL/CDS solution late in the evening? I will do the 5 ML in 1 L of water as you suggested on another one of your posts.

Lastly, I am on a healthy, low carb diet now as I am trying to lose weight - the CDS won't interfere with that, right?

Best wishes!

I think the Telegram channel you are referring to is a channel, which only broadcasts vs a group, which is interactive. I'm afraid I don't have time to chat with so many members (over 400 as of today). There is a private Telegram MMS group that I belong to, and I am not the owner of the group. If you are interested in joining that group, contact me via the 'Ask a Question' link on my website and I will send you the invite link.

Thanks for the info on CDL. Since this forum is in English, let's not confuse others with non-English acronyms! Thanks.

The sensation you feel in your mouth when using diluted CDS is probably caused by CLO2. As long as it is not burning (by being too strong) I don't think you will have any problem.

I guess if you separate antioxidants from the CLO2 oxidizer by a few hours, they should not meet each other and get cancelled out. If you don't get the results you are expecting from using CLO2, then I would suggest to not take any antioxidants at any time while following a CLO2 protocol.

CDS (CLO2) is an oxidizer and I don't see how that would affect any diet.
