Hello,
Today i tried a moringa enema,
Didn’t find anything on the web abt it so
I didn’t know what to expect.
It was so energetic and powerful, does anybody have any related Experience abt it. Is it safe to continue with it ? Any info ??

Hello there,

Sorry for the late reply,
Well i boiled one liter of water then turned of the fire and add one teaspoon of dried Moringa and let it sit for 15 min, later on i add another liter of water into the stainless steel enema bucket and mix it with the moringa solution after passing it through the stainer , the temperature is set abt 40 C ,i Hold it up to 10 min , i was energized by the process and didn’t fell uncomfortable afterwards
