Hello everyone. I have been a user of MMS for about 10 years now. My family and I use it mainly when we feel a cold or flu coming on. works all the time. The current batch of sodium chlorite I have is getting old. I think it still works , but I am making my own now and am going to also switch to HCL to activate. My wife has issues with the citric acid.
I made a solution 720 g water and 280 g SC. It was weak so I added more SC. Now it weighs 122g per 100 ml of solution. I bought 340g of SC and nearly used all of it ! test strips show it at just above 25 ppm in a 3 drop mix of 4oz.
This SC was " Prescribed For Life" brand I got on ebay Tech grade..
Finally , here is my question. should we be using higher grades of SC like ASC or reagent grade ? Does it really matter ? Tech grade is cheap and available. Stellar brand on ebay is about 44$ a pound

On page 63 in Andreas Kalcker's latest book, Forbidden Health you will find this:

"Why can’t we buy 100% pure chlorite?
Because chlorite needs a base to adhere to, which is common salt or “sodium chloride,” and which comprises about 15- 20% of the powder we buy. Keep in mind that sodium chlorite (NaClO2) is obtained from sodium chlorate (NaClO3), which is much more potent. While the quality of chlorite is not very important for industrial whitening, it is in the case of water purification, since chlorate produces nausea and diarrhea. To ensure you’re buying good quality chlorite, check that the sodium chlorite powder doesn’t contain more than 1% chlorate, in any case."

I think that is correct, so there is too much sodium chlorate in that SC product, according to AK.
