Hello all. I am having trouble knowing what to eat during the 8 hour protocol. Yesterday I had brown rice and miso soup thinking this would be low in antioxidants but I think that it was actually a high antioxidant meal!
Does anyone know if there is a meal plan, giving ideas for foods to eat while on the protocol?
Thank you in advance,
Sally

I'm sure this question has been asked a lot. I think perhaps the best way to work it out would be to find a list of foods with the levels of antioxidants in therm.
I found this list of antioxidant levels in some foods if it helps anyone.

Thank you,
Sally

Eat low antioxidant snacks, not full meals, half-way between doses. One hour after the last dose of the day, eat as much as you want of anything plus supplements, except Vitamin-C.

Thank you CLO2.. I need to find a list of the antioxidant levels in foods. That's the challenge! I've been on the MMS1 protocol for one week now and don't want to stop but getting the food right has been tricky.
Thank you and wishing you a good day,
Sally

I have been eating so little as I've not known what to eat during the day and the last 2 days feel really quite unwell and constipated.

I added a note in the PDF file about the level of antioxidants that was okay to use when compared to apples.

You can add another drop of MMS to your dose to compensate for any loss of CLO2 from what you are eating.

Thank you CLO2, this is a huge help. I get it now! Having this list sorts it all out for me and I see you've added the note about aiming to keep it within the under 0.10mmol/100g.
Thanks so much,
I hope all is well with you.
