Just yesterday I was coming down with something, as my temperature was going up (98.2) and I felt tight in the chest... so I took MMS2 at 6AM, then again at 7AM and my temp went back to normal (normal for me, 97.3) and I felt fine from then on out. I don't wait to see if I'm coming down with something, I take it on first sign.
I would think Mark can read here... but who knows?
