I like to use really cold water when i drink my mms.
I find the taste is much better this way.
Is there any negative effects on mms if i am using really cold water. Thanks!

If you are making MMS1, it would be best to make it with room temperature ingredients, then you can add cold water. If you activate it with cold ingredients, the reaction will be very slow.

I keep a bottle of distilled water in the frig.
How did using distilled water get lost, it only costs 60 cents a bottle. You lose potency when you use tap.
