There is a apparently a .mobi version of Mark's book at book4you.org/book/5303993/314c52
If anyone has the original book handy, please check dosages etc. to make sure this is a true genuine copy, as I am sure there will be attempts to sabotage Mark's good works.
The file must be opened with a "mobi file reader" . If you don't have the reader you will need to download the reader and then install it, and then open the .mobi file using the mobi file reader.
