Hi,

I started protocol 1000+ and am confused on the instructions. I read Jim Humble's 2016 book and it states to add water once the MMS has been activated (20 seconds) and then add DMSO and drink immediately because the potency could be lost.

When I first started out, I followed this one (where I also bought my supplies). www.mmsdrops.com/mms-protocols/protocol-1000-plus/ It says to put the DMSO drops in after the MMS has been activated, wait 3 minutes and then add water and drink it.

I am assuming the first set of instructions is the correct one or does it not matter? I just wanted to clarify.

Humble's book also states to start brushing our teeth with the MMS. Is that ok with amalgam fillings? And is it ok to add DMSO or is that something I should avoid?

Thanks for your help!

Jim's official protocols are only listed in his latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, and not on the Internet.

mmsinfo.org/infosheets/MMS1_Teeth_Brushing_Procedure_pH_Testing_Results.pdf

On page 74-75 in the book, Jim says:
DMSO and Teeth
"If your teeth are in poor shape, for example if you have an abscess, pain, or more serious complications with your teeth, add DMSO to your teeth brushing routine. DMSO will carry the MMS right through the enamel into the tooth and can help solve many problems." There are more instructions...

Thanks for the reply! Yes, that's the book that I purchased. I have a cavity and wanted to treat it with the MMS/DMSO protocol listed in the book. But after perusing the forum, I've come across a couple people stating that they either don't use the method due to amalgam fillings or cut out the DMSO and just use MMS. The book doesn't mention anything about avoiding teeth brushing with MMS if you have amalgam fillings. I just don't want to cause any serious issues. Would it be ok? Hope to get these fillings out this year.

I don't think we have any testing data that would tell us if amalgam fillings in contact with MMS1 would cause a problem.

It would probably be best to use only CDS for teeth brushing because it contains only CLO2. MMS1 and CDH both contain residual MMS and acid activator. And, CDS seems to provide the highest pH compared to MMS1 and CDH.

I have some ancient amalgam fillings still in my mouth! They seem to last longer than teeth. :(

My neighbors tell me they believe their cavities have stopped 'growing' using the Regenerating Your Teeth solution described in this YT video:

Yes, I've been using it for 10 years,

There's a phatmautical company who sells a chlorine dioxide toothpaste and they don't have a disclaimer.

It is handled as a dissolved gas in a solution of water, therefore it cannot hurt in your mouth, it merely runs around killing bad bacteria..

I understand that having those fillings out is more risky than keeping them as the mercury dust gets into your system while drilling them out.

What a coincidence, I watched this video a couple days ago and purchased the TriSodium Phosphate Anhydrous. Looks like it could really help :) I'll take a look at CDS, thanks!

Ten years of use, that's a pretty good confirmation :)

I have heard about the side effects with having them removed. The idea of mercury dust coming out scares me. Fortunately, I'm too broke at the moment, lol, so I'll have to re-visit the idea later down the road.
