Hello everybody. I am new in his forum. I have not found a way to introduce myself and I apologize. I have clicked on "introduced yourself" and I keep on going to the same page without being able to do so. I will do it here if it is OK with the moderators.
I am 58 years of age. Married for over 30 years to the same husband : -) , children grown and on their own, yoga teacher of two styles since the 80s. Not teaching yoga for the last 12, being involved in a family business not related to yoga.
I am a health nut. I keep my weight the same for 35 years. I exercise daily. I keep active as much as I can.
22 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis through blood work. I noticed a slight inflammation in a few of my fingers joints. Then I went to see a very good naturopathic doctor. He adjusted my diet and gave to me supplements. Eliminated refined carbohydrates and all sugars, even limiting fruit because of fructose. ( I never really had pop or candies, I take extreme care of my teeth, I still have all of my teeth : -) . I have done liver cleanses as per Andreas Morritz, about 9. I switched to the dietary-supplements advise as per the Chemist Ana María Lajusticia from Spain.
And lastly I heard of MMS and CDS recently from YouTube and Jim Humble and Andreas Kalcker. I am ready to start taking MMS as soon as it arrives.
Question for anyone interested.
Have any of you experienced healing with MMS or CDS? I heard that Andreas Kalcker healed in 3 months from Rheumatoid Arthritis.
I want to know OSTEOARTHRITIS patients and their experience. Time of healing, age and years of this health challenge.
I believe that all what I have done starting with a healthy life style all my life, later the naturopathic doctor, the liver cleanes ( that go with kidney cleanses) the dietary supplements from Lajusticia have kept this arthritis in some kind of remission. But I feel my joints aching when I do too much physical activity. Like for instance in the last 3 days we did some remodeling in our house, I was on a scaffolding up and down, painting, vacuuming, moving scaffolding over here and there, moving furniture, cleaning etc...I feel my hands joints hurting and my hips and knees joints hurting. After one day of rest I am fine again, but I KNOW it is this arthritis that is still in my body.
I am very excited to start this journey and I am looking forward to hear from those who have been properly diagnosed with this specific arthritis and how they healed or are in the process of healing. I will document with photographs and videos all my healing process as evidence. I have seen a few good testimonials, but I did not find "before" and "after" testimonials and I think those are very impressive. I saw YouTube videos of a young lady showing her loosing weight journey once and it is very impressive to see the before and the after images. I want to do the same. My fingers have lost flexibility, I cannot make a closed fist, maybe at night after exercising and being active, but never a tight strong closed fist. Kalcker says he went back to playing piano. I want to see my hands back to normal too.
Thank you kindly to all who are interested in this subject, any advise from experienced users of MMS or CDS will be appreciated.
Kindest regards to all

Hello Claris,

Others on this forum may be able to help you with MMS/CDS information in regards to arthritis, I have no experience in that regard. However, you may find my attachments to be useful as an adjunct, or stand-alone, treatment (but of course consult your doctor or primary care physician [it may be that perhaps they are unaware of the attached information]).

BEST TO YOU!

Hello again: I was out of town.
Thank you for your suggestion. I have not had any other comment or received any other advise. In the meantime I am reading a lot of material from J Humble, A Kalcker and I ran into some info from Kerri Rivera as well. So I continue to educate myself. Cheers :)
