MMS1 Baths + Epsom Salt? was created by EMF-U
I want to start taking MMS1 baths. I have a chlorine filter (the kind you wave around under water). It seems to work. Well, they do (I use 3 of them at the same time), although I haven't tested the water quality. I plan on adding a borax substitute to the bath as Jim suggests as well. My question is: Are Epsom salts compatible with this mix of Borax + MMS1?

From my understanding, magnesium sulfate, which is Epsom salts, is already oxidized to its maximum so it can’t be oxidized any further.

A small amount of Borax would be fine, but I wouldn’t use a “borax substitute,” because these substitutes are not borax and don’t have the same chemical properties as pure borax.
