hi every1 hope you all keeping safe and thanks for all the help. i am taking D3 K2 collagen moringa nascent iodine liposomal vit c and c time release (with no nasty probs :woohoo:) have stopped mms 1 and taking mms2 as its not affected by vits food or drink according to mark grenon, and am feeling 100% better now. its taken a few months but at least i can drive (lockdown what lockdown) and take my dog out. i still have the ache in the neck but at least the pain has more or less gone, i can turn my head left right up down without to much ache and doing simple neck exercises, and my mind is much clearer. i have also been taking cayenne pepper and hawthorn for heart probs and chromium for diabetes. doing keto diet (lost 45 lbs in six months) and my sugar levels now in normal range. swollen ankles gone and have more energy, but restricted by limited mobility. hope this improves in time as well. had a lot of probs for years so it will prob take few years to correct. good luck to ev1 and special thanx to CLO2 who gave so much advice. jeffers

Hey so I'm a mineral analysis practitioner, if you knew those supplements you were taking were making your health worse under the surface would you want to know and change things up? I can see what is going "wrong" in your body from the list of supplements that you mentioned, you have other important minerals and vitamins that are getting tanked from wrongful use of the supplements. all minerals and vitamins anre antagonistic and protagonistic with one another and shouldn't be taken in isolation unless you know it's needed. But you are tanking potassium and keeping bone density low along with a few other things. Let me know if you are open to some more help. I'm happy to help.
