May i know how to determine the best type of clay for internal use .. as Perry A mentioned that the clay must have no smell no taste and it is just has that cool feeling when you drink it . I bought aztec clay as recommended by jim humble .. I cant stand the taste to be honest.. and by the way it was labeled as ( for external use only ) does that effect any thing ?
