Hi there,
I have started taking mms1 and I am having some troubles and wanted some advice.(I have read Jims book but still unsure).
I have Crohns disease, gastroparesis, extreme IBS in upper and lower abdomen, this presents with nausea and diarrhoea so they are normal to me (some days its 6 times a day, some days its 14 but always minimum 6).
I did the starting procedure and then went on to the 1000 protocol and have done 2 days so far. Through the starting procedure I was not feeling any worse and had spells of feeling a little better but had an increase in bile diarrhoea on day 3 of starting protocol.
On day 1 of the protocol 1000 was ok but on day 2 had an increase in nausea and in the night I was woken with extreme diarrhoea and vomiting, this morning no improvement and my insides feel like they are being ripped out (2 days on 3 drops each hour for 8).
I am looking for any advice, I know the book says about halving the dose but I am nervous if this could be causing me more problems and so am looking for guidance as this feels risky to continue.
Appreciate any help

You are overdosing! Reduce by one half or stop until you feel "normal", then restart with 1 drop doses and stay at that dosage for a few days. Then, increase. If you have more Herxheimer reactions, then find the dosage which does not cause them.

Reaching 3 drop MMS1 doses is not the goal of following P1000. The 3 drop limit is the maximum you should take for that protocol. Some people have recovered from stage 4 cancers taking only 1/2 drop MMS1 doses.

Before you started taking MMS, did you do a bowel cleanse? It is always best to clean out your bowels before adding more toxins as you detox upstream. :)

Hello , I hope you are well today
My brother in law also have The same problem . But he didn’t start MMS yet , please keep us up to date from your case , hoping you will be better soon ,

I everyday read more and more about mms , I think MMS2 is better than MMS1 for Crohn's disease , or for Intestinal diseases , you must double check my speaking, because i hear from people testimonies

For Diarrhea and nausea , that mean MMS working to you , work fine , so if you cant be patient, please down the dose to 1 drop per hour ,

Hope you are well soon , God bless

Thanks very much for your response. I think I misread the instructions a little, so you have given me some reassurance.
I wanted to also clarify about the bowel cleanse, by this do you mean an enema?

"I wanted to also clarify about the bowel cleanse, by this do you mean an enema?"

Not necessarily. Dr. Richard Schulze's bowel cleanse only uses ingested products and no enema.

As CLO2 explained above you are overdosing. I'm also new to MMS. And I remember going as little as 1/32 of the one drop dose when I was doing starting procedure.

Hi,

Thanks for all the help so far. I reduced to 1 drop every hour and then again to 1/2 and I am still getting the following symptoms:

Terrible nausea in pit of stomach and is like that most of the time. I do have nausea a high percentage of the time but more rarely to this extent, which is why I am querying whether this could be a bad coincidence or if I am having a Herxheimer reaction. I had a tummy bug/cold before starting the MMS which do tend to have prolonged repercussions for me that I'm sure are not helping and muddying the waters.

I am also passing lumps of green mucus as well as completely watery stools.

The question i have is, is this par for the course or should I be getting no negative reaction and am I therefore still overdosing and if so will this eventually get better (It is difficult when my general symptoms are similar to a Herxheimer reaction). I also wondered if I should be doing an mms enema to start clearing from that angle, is it wise to do that when i am getting these other symptoms?

Happy to endure if i understand where this is going a bit better.

Appreciate any help

Den

This is the exact situation I am in. When you can't differentiate between herx reaction and your disease.
All you can do in this case is reduce the dose again.
If you are on 1/2 reduce even more.
I always refer to the golden rules set by Mr humble.
If it is very bothersome, stop for a day.
It's all about how your body reacts which is different in Every individual. So no one size fits all.
You will have to find the correct dose by yourself.

Follow the golden rules.
