Cancer rates smaller in developed countries !?

After posting it here , I begun thinking, why is that ?
Than it came to my mind, that developed countries use Chlorine Dioxide in water treatment plants, whereas developing countries don't, because it is way more expensive than using just the poisonous Chlorine (CL2). And from what I read here, the use of Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) in water treatment plants has begun in 1994. In countries like US it is used in about 60% of water (is that number correct ?).
So does it make sense to think that CLO2 present in water is serving humanity in cancer prevention in developed countries?
Prediction charts:

The last link has an article about cancer prevention with better lifestyle habits. But do people in industrialized countries have better lifestyle habits? I don't think so. For me it seems like the hallmark of developed countries is eating more industrialized food and junk food, overworking and having sedentary lives (no exercise). Do you agree ?

The new 'modern' farming methods include the use of GMO crops and poisons, such as glyphosate. And we now know what that is doing to the foods we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe and in turn, to us. Slowly making us sick and killing us. Big Pharma loves it! The globalists finally have a way to reduce the world's population. What a plan.

I fully agree on farming method as a cancer source. Though...
With recent acceptance of 'modern' farming methods in developing countries, doesn't that indicate that they use less GMO and poisons than developed countries, were this method is already used widespread?
You might think that they have less regulations about it. But they actually copy the regulations of developed countries. A pesticide that has been banned in developed countries years ago won't ever be approved in developing countries. At least this is how it works in Brazil.
For instance, here as soon as MMS knowledge begun to spread through internet, it got banned by "ANVISA" based on the fact that FDA had banned it too, years before. No one had to marry on a sail trip to get the ban approved.
Thoughts ?

Well the article seems to be blaming Brazil and China for being the words greatest pesticide users. But how could that be different if those are the countries with the greatest farming production? Brazil is feeding the rest of the world !
And that does not mean developed countries use more sustainable practices in agriculture.
Actually, I now think the first charts I posted are a very misleading, because they are not based on percentile. When I found a chart based on percentile, it points towards the opposite direction. It shows that cancer rates are greater in developed countries.
