I would like to use MMS1 or CDS2 to fight with Candida.
I have a big neurologic trouble(brain fog, headaches, foggy vision, tingeling of palms and feets..
Problem is that because of Candida I can eat only a few special types of food
with very low or better no carbohydrates. And there is a MAIN trouble. Everything what I can eat now
is full of antioxidants..
I absolved MMS PROTOCOL 1000 a few years ago and it killed a lot of invaders but
I had very bad reactions with almost every kind of food instead of bread.
I ate bread only between doses. But it can worse Candida a lot now.. (
Can anybody give me a tip or advice what to eat in this case?
I cleared candida by avoiding sugars and most carbs and by eating 80% cooked vegetables 3 times per day + small amounts of animal protein (sardines, chicken, lamb only)
I also do coffee enemas.
At first the vegetables caused a lot of wind, and I discovered because the vegetables ferment against the candida and cause gas. After a month or so I was clear of candida and do not pass wind hardly at all despite eating tons of vegetables every day. My stool is also perfect every day now and I never even have to use toilet paper. If you are interested in what I eat look up the nutritional balancing program.

I tried a lot of models of diets but I was not lucky..
Actually LOW CARB/PALEO but it is not working good for me..
DETOX like you wrote sounds good. How many kilograms did you loose in that one month?
And what are you eating now? Did you add a new foodstuffs gradualy? Did you use MMS between single foods(If so, how many drops)?
I made a lot of mistakes and lost a lot of kilos and I am afraid to loose next ones..
I did not lose any KG, I actually put a little healthy weight back on with this 'diet' as I am eating real substantial and nutritious food and not vegan food or junk food like before. I discovered the vegan diet is not too healthy and I also had a lot of candida during this period of veganism (3 years).
I would highly recommend it, I am noticing a huge improvement in my health already and only been 6 months.
All I eat now pretty much is cooked vegatables, some animal protein, hummus, almond butter, and blue corn chips. This is all you require for excellent nutrition. No sugar, bread, GMO's, no excessive meat consumption, etc etc at all. I still have a treat every now and then and might have some pizza, but 95% is good nutrition.
I am using MMS protocol 1000 + mould/fungus now for the first time for an additional cleanse, although it is not part of the above program.
It sounds more than interresting.
I will check the program. I am currious how much fat is possible to add in meals.
I am a bit scarry of a very poor caloric intake.
And how do you use MMS with that food plan?
Before, between, after meals? How much drops and how many times?

I saw your posting about MMS protocol 1000 + mould/fungus and am having some issues finishing my protocol successfully, I believe it's due to the mold/fungus issues I have. I have already done the bentonite clay in the mouth and internally ingested, but I have sinus drainage and am wondering if there is a way to treat the sinuses that you may have heard of. My Protocol is CDS 1000 + DMSO. Your mold issues may be very different than mine, just searching for answers.
I read Jim Humble's book before I started on the protocol and it said that you can eat antioxidant foods outside of the dosing hours. If you are dosing for 8 hours, wait approx 2 hours after, then you can eat. It may slow your progress.
I also want to remind you, as I have also been on the candida diet, there are many food options you can eat, like chicken soup, vegetables, many different dishes, that aren't high in antioxidants. Best of luck to you, Karen
I also wanted to add that I use celery to dampen the digestive upset or nausea that can come when dosing 8 times a day on MMS. Celery and/or celery juice are extremely helpful in re-establishing the hydrochloric acid in your stomach. I have low stomach acid and it's really helped me. It can be used in between doses and will work much better for you than bread. Best, Karen

8 hours of dosing without food is a suicide for me
so that I will try to eat some small pieces low in antioxidants in between like you advised.

Celery sounds very good. It is one of my favourite vegetables.
