Scott ingested 33 mg of CLO2 daily for three years and stayed healthy. No negative side effects that he was aware of. You can read the following thread to learn what he did.

I have been ingesting 11 mg of CLO2 daily for about a year and have had no bad side effects that I know about.

With what we know about glyphosate, it seems we should all be ingesting CLO2 throughout the day, every day. I will be writing about this idea soon.

That's not too much, just a maintenance dosage, right ? Anyone here is taking a higher dosage for a long period? Regular treatment would be 8 to 24 drops per day.
