Just starting the HRP and have 2 questions was created by Mikey99
Hi My name is Mike
I am about to start protocol 1000 after many years of watching the progress of MMS I have reached a point where I feel I need to give it a go as I now have a no of health issues I will post back here on my progress for the benefit of others as well as to get further advice I must say that it is a little daunting to fly in the face of so much mainstream opposition to this approach to healthcare but as each day exposes more and more deception in all areas it makes this a little bit easier My questions are
1. Jim Humbles book states to wait 2 hours after taking MMS before eating and yet i have seen it said here that 1 hour is sufficient so is 2 hours overkill
2. I take Amlodopine for my high blood pressure I expect to continue this whilst on the HRP but would welcome any advice regarding taking medication at the same time
Thanks

We think MMS (CLO2) stays active in the body about 1 hour. Waiting 2 hours after the last CLO2 dose of the day before eating may be on the cautious side. Then again, Jim says we can snack halfway between hourly doses. To compensate for any reduction in CLO2 that might be caused by eating or drinking, the dosage could be increased.
You could monitor your BP and if MMS seems to be helping to lower it, perhaps you could reduce your BP medication.
