I just bought hydrochloric acid, but not sure if it is 20% concentration as required to make dhe activator. The bottle only states 1MOL/L. What does that mean, and how do I know it is the right one. Thanks in advance!

First of all, if you are making CDH, you must use 4% HCL to activate MMS.

I am not a chemist nor a math wizard, so can't answer your question regarding converting 1mol/L of HCL to percentage.

I buy HCL which states the percentage (usually 37%) and then dilute it down to 4% which is used to make MMS1, CDH and CDS.
