In April, we pointed out that over the prior months, many public health experts had claimed the deadly Ebola virus outbreak that has been ravaging the Congo will not become a global health threat, despite recent events painting a much less optimistic picture. We also warned that despite people in the West often thinking of Ebola as a disease that only strikes "superstitious locals" in the deepest jungles of the Democratic Republic of Congo, there are now pressing warning signs and it’s time to start paying attention.

According to Reuters, the World Health Organization (WHO) is now preparing to declare an "international emergency" over the latest Ebola epidemic fast spreading through central Africa.

The deadly disease, which can take just days to kill an infected person, has now jumped from the Democratic Republic of Congo where the newest outbreak was first documented, to neighboring Uganda.

The number of total confirmed cases is reported as follows:

Congo’s epidemic is the second worst worldwide since West Africa’s Ebola outbreak in 2014-16, with 2,084 cases and 1,405 deaths since being declared in August. The WHO said on Thursday that two people had died in Uganda having arrived with the disease from Congo.

Despite hopefulness that the virus can be contained in Uganda, given so far there's been no known human-to-human cases of its spreading inside Uganda, health officials are still urging the WHO to quickly move forward with a global emergency declaration.

The WHO’s Emergency Committee (EC) reportedly met Friday to evaluate whether the epidemic constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) amid growing pressure to immediately make the declaration.

Reuters reports further of the outbreak:

The WHO, in a statement overnight, said that given all three confirmed cases in Uganda belong to a single family cluster, the level of preparedness and experience of Ugandan authorities to manage previous Ebola outbreaks, and their rapid detection of cases in a limited geographical area, “the overall level of risk at national level is assessed as moderate”.

“However, the overall regional risk posed by the outbreak in DRC remains very high. The overall risk at international level remains low,” it said.

Jeremy Farrar, director of the Wellcome Trust global medical charity, said the WHO should declare a public health emergency of international concern.

Such a declaration would in addition to mobilizing greater international aid and public health measures, result in greater attention to travel and crucial international points of entry.

Concerning the 2014 Ebola outbreak which made it to America's shores, we recently recounted the following in 5 Alarming Reasons Americans Need to Pay Attention to Ebola Right Now: It ripped through West Africa for two years, killing over 11,000 people and sickening nearly 30,000. But the reason WE remember it in the United States is that it crept into our country.

Shortly after the CDC warned us to prepare for a potential Ebola pandemic, the first case was diagnosed in Dallas, Texas, when a man from West Africa visited the hospital on two occasions, having been turned away the first time as just having “the flu.” The original patient died, and two nurses caring for him caught the potentially deadly virus. One patient completely overwhelmed an entire hospital.

It is honestly shocking that more people didn’t become ill, as one nurse traveled on a plane while sick, and in another incident, a doctor in New York City who had volunteered in Guinea was also diagnosed. All in all, eleven people in the United States were treated for Ebola (that we know of, anyway) and it certainly wasn’t because of the expert handling of the near-crisis. It was pure luck.

There were all sorts of mismanagement. Everything from not requiring a quarantine of travelers returning from the affected area to housing 11 potential cases in a hotel to a ship from Liberia with sick passengers being allowed to dock in New Orleans to the near-disastrous handling of contaminated samples in Dallas, it is an absolute miracle that there was no major outbreak in the US.

If there were hundreds or thousands of patients across the country, it wouldn’t take long for things to devolve into absolute chaos. Ebola can have a death rate as high as 90%.

The following is from the Facebook group I created at the height of the previous, largest ever Ebola epidemic. I was so bothered about the fact that we had some cures and nobody was doing anything with them (especially the WHO), that I created the group out of sheer outrage one day (while on a peaceful meditation retreat I might add - needless to say, I didn't do much meditating LOL). Anyway, here are the Ebola cures and keep in mind of course that these Ebola cures don't just cure Ebola, they can cure many other diseases since they are all oxidation therapies. Please pass the information on.

Hi everyone, I've updated this so please at least read the top part where I've written about the new, "Quick Remedies". Thanks.

To the 4 cures listed below I'm putting 2 additional quick, easy and safe oxidation therapies on top here to give the person who needs it, something they can do almost immediately, assuming they can find the ingredients in their area. This way, at least the person can get started doing something right away to stop or slow down the infection, while they gather what's suggested below. I'll call these "Quick Remedies".

**Quick Remedy #1** Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) in Water
Add 16ml of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide to every liter of purified water you drink, 24 hours a day (distilled water would be best if possible).

**Quick Remedy #2** Sodium Chlorite (NaClO2) Drops in Water
Add 4 to 5 drops of 20 to 25% Sodium Chlorite (the same thing as MMS) into every liter of purified water you drink 24 hours a day. The acid in your stomach will activate the drops and create the Chlorine Dioxide within, which can then be absorbed into your blood. (I've done this myself everyday for 3 years and so have consumed over 12,600 drops with no negative side effects and lots of good health)

Note: To find the "Remedies" above in your area (and the other ingredients mentioned below in the "Cure" section), contact every chemical supplier and ask if they have any of these ingredients. If they don't have them, ask them if they know where you can get them. Eventually you should be able to find them in some concentration. Then dilute them with water if necessary or if the "Remedy" is already diluted more than above, add more of it to the liter of water you'll be drinking, so that it's approximately equal to what is suggested above.

>Note: All of these cures have been VERIFIED with before and after blood tests. They all work based upon the process of the OXIDATION of the Ebola virus. This being the case, these therapies are not limited to Ebola. They should also help your body to overcome many other infectious disease which are not OXIDATION RESISTANT, such as: Malaria, Dengue Fever, Lassa Fever, Influenza, Hepatitis, ETC.

***CURE #1*** Ozone Therapy
Okay, here's the first Ebola cure that we knew of - It's the Rowen - Robins Ozone Ebola cure. It has shown the ability to cure the patient within about 2 days. It is a type of IV Oxygen Therapy that was developed by Dr. Rowen and Dr. Robins. Both of these doctors went to Sierra Leone at the request of the president of Sierra Leone. After arriving there, these two doctors trained approximately 50 doctors on the use of this therapy. They were never allowed to treat patients with it though because the minister of health in Sierra Leone stopped their ability to treat anyone.

Shortly after Dr. Rowen had returned to the US, Dr. Kanneh of Hastings Ebola Center, whom Dr. Rowen had trained, accidentally jabbed himself with an Ebola infected needle on Friday the 14th of November, 2014 and on Sunday the 16th began showing symptoms of Ebola; high fever, loss of appetite, abdominal distress, and significant fatigue, and the symptoms were rapidly progressing, classic signs of Ebola. The following day, Monday November 17th, he began the treatment of Ozone Therapy which he had learned from Dr. Rowen, and which was administered by another doctor, Dr. Kojo Carew. By Tuesday November 18th all the symptoms were gone.

Not long after, Dr. M'Briwa tested positive for Ebola and so contacted... (I'll let Dr. Rowen tell the story now, via his Facebook page):

"Dear Friends of Captain Mbriwa, I am Dr. Rowen, MD of California, USA. Several weeks ago, Dr. Howard Robins and I came to Sierra Leone to bring a promising therapy for Ebola, which costs next to nothing compared to ZMAPP. I met your incredible doctor at Hastings Ebola center. There I had expected to commence ozone treatments on Ebola patients but was thwarted by your Health Ministry. I admittedly became enraged at the thought of the personnel at the center being denied the protection of this totally safe and promising therapy. And I was greatly concerned for the lives of the 60% of those infected who were doomed to die, even with the best of care.

The people we trained were able to get to Dr. Salia, who most respectfully declined ozone therapy, opting for ZMAPP/ convalescent serum and/or the most advanced conventional therapies available. He was transported to my country and died 3 days later.

In the meantime, a Hastings doctor jabbed himself with an Ebola infected needle. I had trained him in the ozone technique. He wasted no time in contacting Dr. Kojo Carew and received ozone immediately. He did develop a fever and significant abdominal distress on the third day, which quickly and completely vanished with ozone therapy. Now, ozone therapy has fortunately been made available to the courageous Dr. Mbriwa. It appears he has responded wonderfully.

ZMAPP may be useful, but will make bazillions of dollars for the drug company. Ozone cannot be patented, costs less than 1 USD per treatment, and is 100% safe. It is available RIGHT now in Sierra Leone and could be immediately used to save many other lives. I cannot help but encourage all of you to press your health ministry to open the doors for ozone use in Hastings. Ozone has been used continuously in medicine for nearly a century. It does not make money for Pharma, and hence, it is totally ignored, to your detriment. I cannot help but think that the interests of BIG MONEY is controlling the Ebola response in your country, not the interests of your ravaged people.

It is my prayer that the benefit Captain Mbriwa receives from ozone therapy will translate into many saved lives and the end to the Ebola problem in your country. Then I can return with Dr. Robins and physically shake the hands of every wonderful African person we met, inclusive of your fine President, Ernest Bai Koroma.

We don't think that you have to wait (while your people die) for the arrival of expensive and experimental substances when you have the ultimate immune support and viral killer in your midst - ozone therapy. Your national hero Kojo Carew, MD is now fully trained in its use and has the materials and equipment to save many, many lives, not only from Ebola but also many other infections."

***CURE #2*** MMS (CLO2/CDS/CDH)
The next Ebola cure that we know of (and it also cures malaria in just 1 day and only costs about 10 cents per person) is another oxidation therapy which uses chlorine dioxide (CLO2) to denature the protein envelope of the Ebola virus. CLO2 is generated by combining sodium chlorite with a mild acid such as 4% HCl. A man by the name of Jim Humble calls the 22.4% sodium chlorite he promotes for health care, “MMS” but it’s important to know that any percent concentration of sodium chlorite combined with an acid such as 4% HCl will produce the same results. So if you cannot find 22.4% “MMS”, just look for any concentration of sodium chlorite and work with that. After the activation of the sodium chlorite to produce the CLO2, water is added and it's taken orally as a drink in most cases. So far it has been reported that 21 people have been cured of Ebola using this method.

It's not surprising that sodium chlorite/CLO2 would be so effective against Ebola because we know that it must enter the blood after being consumed since it's so effective against malaria; a parasitic disease of the blood and liver.
According to Jim Humble who originally discovered the effectiveness of chlorine dioxide against malaria, and who established a non-religious church of health and healing to protect himself and others from the attack of those who stand to lose fortunes if word of this malaria and Ebola cure get out, MMS (or chlorine dioxide) definitely cures Ebola.
Is it safe? Well according to Mr. Humble, hundreds of thousands of people, including children, have used MMS to make CLO2 over the last 20 or so years and not one person has died of taking it. To the contrary, it has helped to cure hundreds of diseases due to it's ability to inactivate viruses, bacteria and some microscopic parasites (like malaria) in the human body.

Is it expensive? Absolutely not - to cure malaria the material cost is under 10 cents per person and the material cost to cure Ebola should be pretty close to the same.

By the way, my wife and I have been using sodium chlorite to make chlorine dioxide and consuming it for about 7 years now and we have probably saved thousands of dollars in medical costs because of it.

On a personal note, as of 2018, I have given myself numerous injections of dilute (50 to 150ppm) CDH, which is a form of CLO2 made from sodium chlorite and 4% HCl which I invented (file for creating this is in the files section of this group). To make sure three 10cc 50ppm injections in one day was safe, I did before and after blood tests, which included kidney and liver function testing. These tests showed that no harm was done to my blood, kidney or liver. I did the first blood test on a Saturday and then the next day I did the 3 injections and then the following day, Monday, I did the next blood test. Again, no harm was found.

Another thing I have done over about the last 3 years, is to simply put drops of unactivated 25% sodium chlorite into all the water I drink during the day and just let the acid in my stomach activate the drops. I put 1 drop per 200ml of water, or 5 drops per liter, in every liter I drink (some people put 1 drop per 300ml). Since I’ve been doing this I’ve consumed over 12,600 drops and I don’t get sick anymore – haven’t been sick for over a year now and I’ve been around a lot of sick people in the school I work at and within my family. I also ride in a taxi about twice a day, every day. Personally, I think the reason for me not getting sick anymore is because viruses and bacteria just don’t have a chance to make me sick. The moment I get infected with something, the CLO2 that’s constantly in my system kills it. I think that if all the Ebola healthcare workers did what I’m doing, the Ebola virus also wouldn’t have a chance. It would be in the body long enough for the healthcare worker’s immune system to develop antibodies to the Ebola virus though, and this would then develop into a natural immunity for the worker so that he/she would actually no longer even need to take the drops. This is my theory anyway.

***Cure #3*** Ozone Water!
Another Ebola cure. Are you ready for this? Ozone water! That's right, according to Jeff McNamara, the Hastings Treatment Center has the highest and fastest cure rate and it's because the "Solo Doctor" there, Dr. Kanneh, is giving his patients OZONE WATER. Amazing that it could be this simple. Ebola is extremely susceptible to OXIDATION.

***Cure #4*** Calcium Hypochlorite - (Also known as MMS2 or Pool Shock)
According to Jim Humble, people have been cured of Ebola in West Africa with Calcium Hypochlorite, and they have before and after Ebola tests to prove it. There is a lot to say about Calcium Hypochlorite and so it’s best if you just go to a Jim Humble site like MMSwiki and search for "Protocol 4000", which is what Jim calls it.
