Good afternoon,
I received my MMS and activator last week. I am now on my third day using it.
Yesterday I finished dosing around 130, and I waited until 430 to start eating.
I had salad with a vinaigrette, toast with butter, cottage cheese with raisins and maple syrup, and ice cream.
My question is after I’ve waited an adequate amount of time after dosing, can I eat whatever I want in the evening for my dinner?

Well, I’ve had some problems with inflammation since last fall, in shoulders, elbows, tendons wrist,
And hands.
Then in February got bronchitis and it didn’t want to go away.
Then I had skin issues, had a breakout, they called it Grover’s.
And some low energy at times.
I guess I sound like a mess!
Actually my arms and shoulders are now pretty good, chest is cleared up, skin is way better...
I’m feeling pretty good and I’m going to detox and feel great...
Thank you for asking...
I’m not hardly eating a thing during the day, while dosing, but I’m really eating in the evening!
Any eating tips are helpful.........

Not sure if this is what you mean by an eating tip - but I have found if I eat Eggs for breakfast I'm not hungry at all for the rest of the day

I find that I'm not very hungry while in MMS. I feel bloated most of the time.
Since this is a detox for me,
I'm trying to make my meals as alkaline as possible. I usually think I'm hungry, then I start eating and I can't eat much before I'm full.
