In place of ingesting MMS1 + DMSO, you could follow Protocol 115 Plus using CDS + DMSO & use the MHM, and then spit out the dose. Increase CDS dosing until mouth irritation is noticed, then reduce a little.

I would continue taking MMS2 capsules if possible, remembering to keep MMS2 and DMSO dosing apart by at least 30 minutes.

Consider spraying the mms on the skin. The use of dmso promotes absorption. Rotate locations for spraying (l arm , r arm, l leg, r leg) rub it in!
