I don't recommend this old method of making CDS because there is a danger of explosion. Happened to me, so I developed the safe overnight method of making CDS. Watch Andreas' newest CDS making video here. He is showing my method of making 3000 ppm CDS when you have 4% HCL MMS activator and not 10% HCL or 50% citric acid, which would require only one infusion. My original 2015 paper describing this method is here.

Another reason to not use the original heating method is due to the heat. You may get other chemicals/metals in the CDS from the MMS and activator.

CDS is normally dosed using milliliters instead of drops.

For ingestion, to get the same amount of CLO2 in CDS as in a 1 drop dose of MMS1, you would need 2.2 ml of 3000 ppm CDS. See these charts for other dosages.

These amounts of CLO2 were determined using the standard that Jim Humble used for years until recently which was a drop size of 0.042 ml. Today he uses a more common standard where the drop size is 0.05 ml. That is 20% larger meaning dosing will be 20% stronger and his MMS1 protocols have not been changed to reflect his new standard. Of course, most people dispensing drops have no idea what the drop size is for their dropper. The old rule of when you OD, reduce dosage until your discomfort (nausea, diarrhea, vomiting) stops, should take care of this 20% larger drop size problem.

The old drop size standard was 24 drops per milliliter. The new standard is 20 drops per milliliter. Since there are 4 fewer drops, the drops must be larger by 20% to fill the same 1 milliliter of volume. Older testing used the 24 drops/ml standard and will continue to be used so old and new testing results can be compared.

And all this info is based on the fact that there are 6.7 mg of CLO2 per drop of 22.4% sodium chlorite solution (MMS) when the drop size is 0.042 ml.
