I am new to taking MMS. I am starting with a three drop dosage ( 24 total ) at 8 AM and don't eat anything or drink anything before. By Noon I have some hunger. Which herbal teas and vegetarian food can I consume to not minimise the effect of the MMS? I have read that even high anti-oxidant foods like blueberries are ok to consume 1/2 hour after taking a dose.

I usually take the antioxidants A C and E. I take Vit. A in the form of Chlorella and Spirulina gree powders. Will that minimize the benefit of the MMS if I take a drink of those superfood powders
at Noon?

What about bee pollen, can I take that at Noon?

I like to drink peppermint dry tea, jiagulan / gymnostemma, ginseng, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and many others but right now I have no clue what can be drunk and what cannot as I see no list of foods or guidleines. I dont have the testing strips. Hasnt anyone else done this testing and made a list of what can and cannot be consumed over the past 20 years since MMS has been taken?

If I am done dosing at 4 PM, then I have to wait until 6 PM to have my main meal of the day. I am used to taking a variety of supplements everyday and am not clear as to which supplements are antiosidants and which are not. Can I take them all since I am waiting two hours after the final dose of the day?

The three major antioxidant vitamins are beta-carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin E. I take all three and more. Is that ok to take them after the final dose of the day?

Gaura, I have on my website mmsinfo.org/ an Antioxidant Food Table you can consult.

You can take supplements, etc.1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day and hope they are gone from your body by the time you start MMS dosing the next day. The one supplement that I think could be a problem is Vitamin C, as the Linus Pauling Institute says it stays in our bodies for weeks.

You said, "Hasn't anyone else done this testing and made a list of what can and cannot be consumed over the past 20 years since MMS has been taken?" I'm so glad you mentioned that as we have been looking for someone to test all possible foods and supplements for antioxidant properties that might reduce CLO2 in MMS. Thanks for volunteering! When will you be starting the testing? Don't forget to publish your findings here so we will have that valuable information.

If you are not getting the results you expected from taking MMS, then you may want to consider stopping all supplements and foods high in antioxidants until you have resolved your health issue.

P.S. If new to MMS you should begin taking MMS by following the Starting Procedure. You do have Jim's latest book, yes?

Everything I researched says to not take any supplements, especially any containing vitamin C, antioxidants, caffeine or tea. Also, according to the G2 church, you can eat whatever you want, as long as you just eat sparingly, and don't overdo it. Just avoiding your super foods, such as blueberries and AVACADO. If you were to eat a mild antioxidant, such as tomato, as long as it's not a super food and you don't eat them Every meal. They sell the Morenga leaf, so I assume It would be ok to take a capsule or two first thing in the morning since it has all the nutrients your body needs. The antioxidants will be diminished pretty quickly while allowing you to have your nutrition. As long as you eat moderately, avoiding super foods throughout the protocol, seems this is pretty simple and easy to manage.

I stand corrected, looks like best time is at night, one hour after last dose. Im still learning myself, however I am humble enough to admit any mistake.
