Never heard of it. What do you need it for? I might have a work-around for you.

Hi Scott, thanks. Problem is a re occurring staph nose infection the last 9 months or so, just inside the the top of each nostril. Antibiotic gel clears it up after a week but it keeps returning. I have tried different ways of applying mms topically, inc adding a little Vaseline over the surface which would keep the cd lasting longer, but so far to no avail. I’ve also tried iodine based ointment but again with no success.

Hi Bob.
You don't need the contact time to be too long if the concentration is high enough, but at the same time you don't want to burn the nostril. What I would do is dilute some CDH or CDS down to about 300 ppm and saturate 2 balls of cotton, or tissue or gauze with it. Make the balls big enough where it will be a snug fit for them in each nostril, even when they're saturated, and then just pop them in and wait for about 5 minutes, breathing through the mouth and trying not to inhale any of the ClO2 gas-off. That should do the trick I would think. If it doesn't work at 300 ppm and you think you can increase the concentration without burning the nostril, go higher the next time.

Hi Scott, yeah we are thinking along the same lines but I did that exact thing a few months ago with no success. I think the difficulty is the fact that natural nasal secretions and the rapid renewal of nasal membranes work against the method. The fact that gel antibiotics do clear it up for a week or two indicates to me that if could acquire the mms gel and continue applying it day and night for several weeks, that might do the job. The only other seller of cd gel I can find is in SA but in spite of many attempts to call or order online they` never respond for whatever reason, it’s so frustrating.
But thanks for your suggestion I appreciate it it. To date, this is my only failure to treat an infection with cd after using it for many various conditions with many people over 7 years

Have you tried continuing to do what I'm suggesting (and what you already tried) day and night for several weeks as you're thinking to do with the gel? I would think that would work.

Is the infection going away completely and then coming back after a while? If so its probably actually a reinfection that's reoccurring due to spores in your environment.

Ok I’ll try yet again to order the curl gel from mms tabs but very difficult to get a response on this item from this supplier. Is he the only supplier of this product in the world? Seems so far to be so

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
