Hello all, last week I was operated on the parathyroid. They took 4 tumors, now I have only one gland. During these first weeks I have to take calcium and magnesium supplements because my calcium can get too low (6-8 tablets a day of calcium and 2 to 3 tablets of magnesium) next week I start with 3 to 4 tablets of calcium day. I am also taking tumeric for inflammation and acetaminophen for pain. I would like to start taking mms again because I think I have a little inflamed tonsil (I do not know if it is an infection). Would be some interaction with the mms because all the things that I am taking? Could you recommend me some way to take the mms without conflict with all the other things that I am taking?

tumeric for inflammation and acetaminophen for pain.

The turmeric and painkillers could be substituted by MMS because the MMS will help keep the inflammation in check. And the pain is caused by the inflammation I guess.
I would combine MMS and DMSO and gargle many times a day. DMSO is known for regeneration and will help the MMS penetrate deeper.
You don't need to swallow after gargling so there would not be much of an interaction with the calcium and magnesium supplements.

Don't forget Vit K2, and D3. These 2, in addition to magnesium, are involved in calcium uptake.

In general I would do MMS during the day. Supplements afternoon and evening.

Good luck.

Sorry ditwar I don't have Jim's latest book and am not fully updated. In addition I use only CDH - can only tell you what I would have done myself if I were in your situation.
I would prepare a drinking bottle of CDH. 3ml's of CDH per glass of water. From this bottle I would pour small amounts in a glass, and add like 1-2 drops of DMSO. I would use this to gargle with every hour.
Excessive use of DMSO irritates skin. You can gargle more often without the DMSO.
One could do protocol 1000 in addition. Depends on severity.

You can of course use MMS1 instead of CDH and prepare the MMS1 each time you need it. 1 drop of MMS per dose would likely be sufficient. Add water after activation. Then add DMSO right before use.

For better advise you should get Jim's latest book or wait for reply from someone that has the book. This was just in case you have no time to wait and need to do something quickly.

Let us know what and how you're doing.

Thank you so much for your answers. I started today with the gargling with dmso. Next week when I have only 2 calcium tablets per day, I want to try mms1 during the day.
I will update you how I feel in the next weeks.
Definitely I will buy the Jim latest book, and also the Andreas Kalcker book because I have interest to also learn about the CDH.

@ditwar, be aware Andreas is the CDS man.

For CDH go here mmsforum.io/cdh/31760-cdh-the-easiest-thing-in-the-world-to-make-just-combine-3-ingredients-in-a-bottle-also-ways-to-use-it

I use CDH because for me it is the most convenient way of making and using chlorine dioxide. Not saying it's better than MMS1 or CDS. It's just one of several chlorine dioxide solutions.
I do believe CDH or CDS may suit your needs better right now than MMS1 would. But MMS1 should work as well.

I apology for this late update but I a lot was going on in my life in the last months. The gargling with dmso helped me and I took MMS1 I did not have any problems with the calcium tablets. Because so many events in my life in the last months I was not able to try the CDH.
