I just recently started taking a small amount of MMS, 1/4 drop daily. It seems I get a headache from it, not a migraine. A fellow from another MMS group who says he was trained by Jim Humble advised me not to take MMS. He said the headache was caused by increased blood pressure in the brain and I shouldn't risk taking it. Does anyone know what he's talking about or agree with what he's saying? He kind of worried me and I'm a bit confused. Thanks.

What is the name of the 'other MMS group'? I am not aware of any others except this forum. What the 'fellow' said I would class as Fake News. You have read MMS testimonials, right? Particularly the high blood pressure testimonials. If not, there is a link to them on this Forum.

You are taking 1/4 drop of MMS1 each day? Or, 1/4 drop MMS1 doses daily for 8 consecutive hours? Sounds like you are on day one of the Starting Procedure.

Other than Herxheimer reactions when taking too much MMS, too soon, the only other 'side effect' I know of is restored health.

Thank you for the reassurance! It was a Facebook group I joined and the creator of the group was making these claims. Maybe he is trying to sell something, I don't know what to think about it. Anyway, I have been getting slight headaches and have only been taking 1/4 to 1/2 drop per day mixed in a little juice without ascorbic acid. Maybe I'm really sensitive. I didn't mind the headache but I guess I just let that person scare me. I will try to read the testimonials you mentioned. I'm just looking to detox among other things. Thanks again!
