At the present time I am not fighting any disease, so I'm not taking any SCS (sodium chlorite solution [MMS1, CDS, CDH] ) right now. For disease prevention, I am taking liposomal vitamin-c twice a day and it seems to be working. A close neighbor with four children had three of them down with the flu for 3-4 days last week and I was around them. I did not get that flu.
From what I have read, we can build up a quantity of vitamin-c in our bodies until saturated and it will stay at high levels if we continue to take it. When we stop taking vitamin-c, the level will drop. My take-away is that vitamin-c stays in our body for a long time and therefore my suggestion is not to take any vitamin-c if taking any of the SCSs. Other vitamins usually dissipate overnight, so the next day when you start taking MMS again, most of those vitamins/supplements are probably gone from our bodies. I suspect that vitamin-c won't do that.
The Linus Pauling Institute says that vitamin-c stays in our bodies for weeks!

MMS works on all my colds and flu.... when I first recognize that I am coming down with a cold - via my nose - I stick a Q-tip in mms and wipe the inside of my nose.
Or if my throat is hurting then I swallow mms after gargling with it for a moment.
If I wait until my nose is running then the cold is too far inside me and I can't seem to catch it, but I take mms2 two or three times and it does slow it down to only a couple days.

I did try gargling with the MMS, although the Q-tip is a great idea.
I also tried MMS2 a couple days. I took it two or three times for two days. I also took it before bed.
To my dismay it did not work at all and the infection continued to grow. I was so bummed it didn't work because I thought it oxidized the blood. In this case, the virus was stronger.
Thank you!

What exactly do you drink to wash down the MMS?
