Hi CLO2:
He said the concentration should be around 0.0025%.
Any comment on such a low dose?  Was he referring to IV or oral intake?

The amount of CLO2 he says is effective, 0.0025%, converts to 25 ppm. That is what a typical MMS1 dose would measure, externally. Internally, (in stomach acid) it will be much higher. So, I suspect he is talking about a level of CLO2 in the blood.
