I been having dry vomitting (no foods comes out but it looks like i vomit)I have jim humbles PDF book but i am waiting for the MMS to come in i been burping alot as well.. any help really?

I was practically vegan when I got sick with dry vomitting, then vegetarian(mostly soup) and now I can eat meat again but

Vegans depend a lot on carbohydrates. Basically existing of genetically modified grains. Meaning you likely are eating a lot more than just vegetables and fruits and that the grains can be a cause for some of your symptoms. I myself stay a way from grains because it's not all that nutritious as we believe it is, in addition to being tinkered with and sprayed with round-up and other toxins.
Soup is good, but add meat to it. You need healthy fats and proteins. Eggs, fish, real butter etc. MMS may help relieving/removing your symptoms short term, but think nutrition long term.
Sorry I don't know much about tinnitus.
