Hello,
I have an elderly friend who is having a problem with a non healing anal fissure. The doctor wants  surgery,  but the patient does not.

He only has a shower in his apartment, but he said he has a portable plastic sitz bath that is placed over the toilet.  Does anyone have any experience with using mms1 (or any other protocol) in a sitz bath?

Thank you for your help.

If you follow the Bath Protocol on page 143 in Jim's latest book, you will see that he uses 20 activated drops of MMS. The amount of water in the average bathtub filed with 9 inches of water would be about 60 gallons. You can scale that dosage down to whatever the sitz bath container will hold. If it holds 2 gallons, then you would use about 1/2 activated drop of MMS. If there is no discomfort at that dosage, then slowly increase the dosage.

Thank you. I was unsure whether to use something closer to the douche protocol (even though it will not be used internally), but basing it on the bath makes more sense.
