Hi!
I'm just about to start taking CDS and have some questions about what I should avoid during use. I suppose the same rules apply as with MMS for avoiding Vitamic C and antioxidants.
However, I don't know if they've considered people who are not on the Standard American Diet. For the average person probably most foods don't contain these in large quantities and it's only orange juice, coffee and vitamin C supplements that they should avoid. With me, however, that's not exactly the case. I'm on a extremely nutritious diet where probably everything is abundant in vitamins and antioxidants. I have the following things daily:
- green juice made of all possible greens, fresh herbs and vegetables I can find
- avocado
- ginger root
- wheat germ oil
- coconut oil
- hemp protein
- nutritional yeast
- elderberries
- brazilnuts
- loads of fruits
- thyme and basil tea
- bee pollen
So, as you can see, I fear I might have to cut out a lot of these for the CDS to work. Any info that could help?
