Be sure he begins taking MMS by following the Starting Procedure, then follow the HRP in Jim's latest book.

On page 112 COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) is discussed.

Jim also talks about taking meds when following MMS protocols.

Hi, Laurie. COPD is the result of clogged lungs, usually from smoking. MMS1 is always good, but additionally a more agressive treatment is by breathing the chlorine dioxide fumes. That gets the clo2 directly to where it's needed to oxidize the tar. BEWARE NOT TO OVER DO IT. I use a 3 drop dose in 1/4 cup of water and breath carefully from the mouth of the container. Expect to do lots of coughing ! If it 's too strong, add more water. Hot showers with deep breathing wiil help to loosen / soften the congestion, I have found. This is a long term project to treat years of smoking but perseverance will increase life expectancy.
medications which inhibit coughing are not beneficial as coughing is the only way to eliminate the sludge. As with MMS1, start slowly.
