Hi, I have two questions:

1. Is fish oil considered an antioxidant? Do you have to avoid it when you're dosing MMS?

2. I'm having trouble scheduling binders. Here's what my supplement schedule looks like:

- First thing in the A.M. I have to take supplements that are antioxidants that are on an empty stomach.

- 1 hour later I need to take the rest of the supplements and many are antioxidants.

- 2 hours later I can start MMS for 8-9 hours.

- Then I have to wait an hour to take the second round of supplements that have antioxidant properties.

I'm not seeing time for binders - cholestyramine, clay, charcoal. Can I take these things during the 8 hours when I'm taking MMS? Or will it stop MMS from being used for a few hours?

Thanks!

If you are taking krill oil, it is high in antioxidants. Other fish oils may not contain as many antioxidants.

Regarding binders, on page 101 in Jim's book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, Instructions for Internal Use of Clay, Jim says to stop taking MMS doses if you were following P1000, etc.

If you are not getting the results you were expecting taking MMS, then you might want to stop taking any food or supplement that could be causing MMS not to work.
