Food! was created by Loripo
Hi everyone....I’m confused about what to eat while on mms. I am used to eating a lot of raw food and I’m not sure what is allowed. Every time I look something up it seems to be a high anti oxidant. I understand no coffee, vitamin C etc. But I am wondering about quinoa, avocados, nuts, beans, bananas etc. I did see a post where it said that most antioxidant food was ok because of the fibre. Please help and thank you!

Here is a list of many foods. Any that are under 0.10 mmol/100g antioxidant content would be okay to use and not cause any significant reduction of chlorine dioxide (CLO2) in MMS. Of course, it depends on the quantity you consume. Eating while following MMS protocols should be limited to snacks between doses. One hour after the last dose of the day, you can eat anything and as much as you want.
