Mono Stabilized Chlorine Dioxide powder

I am Lloyd and I live in Davao, Philippines.
I am looking for a sodium chlorite here in my country but I found out
that there's nothing selling it here locally and online.
I found this MONO STABILIZED CHLORINE DIOXIDE POWDER.
Here's its ingredients.
Sodium chlorite 5%
Sodium bisulfate 12%
sodium carbonate 18%
citric acid monohydrate 6%
Sodium chloride 59%
My question is "is this okay to make mms?
