For MMS1 internal dosing, 4 fl oz (120ml) of water is usually suggested to be mixed with each dose. One of the reasons is to make it more palatable. Too much water may cause too much stomach acid dilution which could cause a lower amount of CLO2 to be released from residual unactivated MMS. MMS1 is about 10% activated externally.

To make a daily bottle of MMS1, usually a one quart or liter is chosen. The bottle is marked into 8 equal parts for ease of hourly dosing. Be sure to keep the bottle out of sunlight, even diffused sunlight.

You might want to find a smaller bottle. A 1 liter bottle would be 125 ml per dose.

Your green smoothies could be consumed a few hours before starting MMS and an hour after the last MMS dose of the day.

A seven hundred milliliter bottle should be fine. If the bottle get too much sunlight exposure you should see a cloud forming in the bottle. That cloud is chlorine dioxide (CLO2) gas that has come out of the water solution. If it is not in the water, then your dosing will be less than it should be. If the water solution (MMS1) is 10C or below, CLO2 will not easily outgas. That is why keeping it in a fridge is suggested.
