Hi, I've just joined because hopefully next week I'll be able to start using MMS to heal my gut and food sensitivity issues.
My diet is quite limited to broth, veggi soups which contain usually pumpkin, carrot and peppers. I eat meats and also Whey and yogurt that I ferment for 24h. Is this going to be ok?
I've heard or read somewhere that probiotics have to be taken 2hrs away from MMS which makes me think that yogurt will also be a no no except after the 8hr treatment.
How do people swing eating with the hourly MMS routine as I believe food renders Chlorine Dioxide inactive.?
Thanks for any advice you can give me

Eating during dosing hours should be limited to small snacks between doses and not large meals. One hour after the last MMS dose of the day, you can eat anything and as much as they like.

Those snack foods should not be high in antioxidants.

I would be interested in knowing how MMS works for your ailments as I have IBS.

Good to know. I've been afraid ato eat at all during the 8-hour spell, but it's been easy as dosing takes my hunger away, in fact I'm more thirsty, drinking more h20! Well now I will go enjoy a light, low antioitant , snack......which is also easy to do since you replied to Katherine D.......TOPIC: MMS& Diet. with that multi page chart! Very interesting, I had no idea some foods are so high and some so low! Thanks again CLO2 tippi

Thanks for answering my query. I was thinking it must be something like this but was hoping that a GAPS soup would be OK for lunch and wouldn't interfere with the effectiveness of mms. An hour between doses doesn't really give time for complete digestion and an empty stomach. It'll be tough but if there's improvement it'll be well worth the sacrifice and much quicker than following GAPS alone. I'll definitely be shouting from the roof tops if I achieve wellness at last.

True, and that is why only small amounts of food should be eaten between doses.
